We are located in Forte dei Marmi itself, not in a nearby town, as most villa rentals. Our spacious, family and pet-friendly villa is located just a few minutes walk from beaches, town and next to clay tennis courts.

The spacious villa comfortably accommodates six guests and opens out to a beautiful lawned garden and terrace for summer living. There is an eco-friendly anti mosquito system in the garden, so that you can enjoy a bug-free summer holiday!

The villa
Villa Monti di Luna is designed in Viareggina style, typical of the Versilia Riviera and has been completely enhanced with modern comforts.
The pale facade is complemented by turquoise shutters and the colourful interior reflects carefree beach days, something you’ll enjoy a lot of during your Forte dei Marmi holiday.
Outdoors there is a delightful soft lawn and terrace. The garden is the perfect place for lazing or playing. If you feel energetic, there are clay tennis courts next door.
The living area is beautifully luminous and indulgently comfortable. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and leads out to a dining area set up on the lawn.
Two double bedrooms (one en suite) on the first floor share an ample terrace with magnificent views to the Apuan mountains. The third double bedroom is on the ground floor – ideal for grandparents or those with difficulty stair climbing; terrace doors lead out to the garden.
There are three modern and fresh bathrooms, each with shower and one with a jacuzzi. Fragrant Ortigia soap is placed in each bathroom.

Our hostess will be at the villa to welcome you and organise the check in, and also when you depart. The housekeeper for Villa Monti di Luna is competent and extremely well organised, and will respond to all your needs quickly.

“We stayed at Monti di Luna in Forte Dei Marmi this summer. We were with 3 people and 2 dogs and it was perfect! The villa has a great location to the centre of Forte and to the beach, also it is situated right next to some great clay tennis courts. The villa has a very good fence so we could let the dogs roam around the garden without a care. Inside the villa everything is very well kept with a nice modern Tuscan atmosphere. It was the perfect way to enjoy our summer in Forte Dei Marmi!”
