Osteria di Passignano
One of our favourite places to dine and a one Michelin star restaurant, Osteria di Passignano is owned by the aristocratic Antinori family and managed by Chef Marcello Crini.
The magical setting, located next to the ancient Abbey of Passignano and overlooking a pastoral valley makes the food taste even more delightful.
Book a table for dinner and get there early, as the light at sunset is beautiful, you can take in the gorgeous views to the valley and wander the grounds of the abbey.
The restaurant and terrace exude an elegant atmosphere. The menu varies according to the season and always guarantees high-quality ingredients, paired with an excellent wine list.

Arnolfo
We love this two Michelin star restaurant located in the medieval town of Colle Val d’elsa. It’s a 60-minute drive from Villa Prenzano, but worth the trip.
We recommend an excursion to visit the town, famous for its crystal production and spectacular views across the Tuscan countryside and round off the day with dinner at Arnolfo’s.
The team at Arnolfo believe in letting talent and passion run free to achieve pure artistic cuisine. Dishes are strictly seasonal using local products. Gaetano Trovato is the talented chef running the kitchen. Each dish is a little creative masterpiece.
