La vita è bella! I feel so lucky to call Italy my home. It’s one of the most beautiful, open and friendly countries in the world! Life is less hurried. We take time to enjoy experiences with family and friends. After all, we only live once. Why rush?
We live in Chianti with our two dogs, three horses, one donkey, hens and ducks. We are one big happy famiglia! We produce our own wine and olive oil, which we’ll invite you to taste.
I also have a lifelong concern for sustainability and strive to balance quality design renovation and respect for nature and the local environment. Our villas are renovated using only local materials, we support local artists and have planted organic orchards and gardens that are self sufficient: needing a minimal amount of water, such as at Corte Pantesca.
We are proud owners of six unique villas in Florence, Chianti, Forte dei Marmi, and on the beautiful islands of Ischia and Pantelleria. These are our personal retreats. Lived in and loved by our family. But for us, it’s a privilege to share them with like-minded travellers.

“We stayed twice at Villa Prenzano – once for my dad’s 70th birthday and the second time for my 40th birthday. We enjoyed our stay very much, one of the reasons was the location close to Greve and overlooking Tuscany – also very nice view on Panzano. We enjoyed the beautiful villa which was very well kept and enjoyed the service of Massimo who was always available if we needed help or advice. The children especially enjoyed the pool and we had wonderful evenings on the terrace outside. We would gladly stay again!”
